You can invest in quality materials you can install & touch-up yourself. We build our floors so that they can live the longest possible service life in the field at low cost.
You won't need to refinish corners of the room you didn't walk on except for full color changes.
You'll be able to hot-swap planks with hidden areas for quick fixes and/or order new planks.
You can disassemble the whole floor for redeployment, reuse, or resale as needed without any loss. In many cases commercial use cases, this qualifies Steller Floors for special tax treatment.
You can limit your liability to flood events by removing planks and drying out the floor & subfloor. Once dry, you'll only need to replace any permanently damaged materials instead of the whole floor.
